Lifetime Limited Warranty
Transferable to the next owner. Worth real money if you sell inside the warranty window.
New siding changes the whole house. See it on your home in real colors before you spend a dollar.
Cheap vinyl fades, warps, and rattles in the wind. CertainTeed panels are thicker, locked tighter, and carry color straight through — so a scratch does not read as a white line across your wall.
We install the full CertainTeed exterior line: horizontal lap, Dutch lap, board & batten, and Cedar Impressions® shake. Same credentialed crew that does the roofs.
Transferable to the next owner. Worth real money if you sell inside the warranty window.
Panel lock and fastening spec that holds through the storms that come up the Schuylkill Valley.
Not painted on. A scuff from a ladder or a weed trimmer does not leave a white scar.
Wash it once a year with a hose. That is the entire maintenance schedule.
Good, better, best, plus a board-and-batten accent. Four lines, dozens of colors, all installed to CertainTeed spec.
A dependable value line with natural wood-grain texture and plenty of profile choices.
A step up in style and durability, with more refined profiles and a stronger look on the wall.
Polymer Shakes & Shingles
Our top-tier choice for the shake or shingle look, with the durability and low upkeep of polymer.
Insulated Vertical Vinyl
Insulated vertical siding with board-and-batten character. Use it on gables or across the whole exterior.
The panel you pick matters. What happens before the first panel goes up matters more.
Most siding failures are not the siding. They are water that got behind it years ago and was never found. That is why we pull the old siding rather than install over the top of it — covering a wall hides exactly the soft sheathing, failed flashing, and rot you most need to see. Once the wall is open we replace any compromised sheathing, correct the flashing at windows, doors, and roof-to-wall transitions, and install a proper weather-resistant barrier before a single new panel is hung.
From there we install CertainTeed vinyl, insulated, or Cedar Impressions® siding to manufacturer specification. Insulated siding adds a rigid foam backer that stiffens the panel, improves impact resistance, and adds continuous R-value across the wall — the studs stop being thermal bridges — which is what actually moves a heating bill in a Pennsylvania winter. Color runs all the way through the panel instead of sitting on the surface, so a scratch does not flash a different shade and there is no repainting cycle waiting for you in ten years.
If the roof is also near the end of its life, doing both together is usually less disruptive and less expensive than two separate mobilizations: one crew, one dumpster, one cleanup, and the flashing where the roof meets the wall handled by the same people who did the roof. Either way you get a written, itemized estimate after an in-person look — not a number guessed from the curb.
Nobody can picture a whole house from a sample chip. Upload a photo and put the real color and profile on your actual home — siding, trim, shutters, and the roof while you are at it.
Open The VisualizerSiding rarely fails all at once. It tells you first.

Panels that wave in the sun were nailed too tight or are past their life. Water is already getting behind them.

Rub it and get white dust on your hand — the surface has broken down. Paint will not hold on it.

If the sheathing gives when you press it, the problem is not cosmetic anymore. That gets addressed before new siding goes on.

Insulated siding adds R-value to walls that usually have none. It shows up on the bill every January.
Exterior work is the first thing a buyer sees and the first thing an inspector checks.
That is one of the stronger returns on the exterior projects the report tracks. New siding also takes tired, faded or warped panels off the buyer's list of things to negotiate.

We walk the whole exterior and check what is behind the siding, not just the panels you can see.
Itemized by elevation, with the profile and color spelled out. Compare it to anyone.
Proper spacing, proper flashing at every window and door, site cleaned before we leave.

Phenomenal job! I would have to I am incredibly impressed and have had a really great experience throughout this entire process. Chris and his team are amazing! Chris is truly your advocate during all of this, even going above in beyond to help get things expedited and coordinating everything. Chris will always keep you informed and updated and follow up with you on everything. His team was able to replace my roof in one day, even with running into areas of my roof that needed to be fixed and old wood replaced. The gutters were done the very next day. Everything was quick and efficient. Again nothing but impressed. I'm very thankful to Chris and his team for everything! I will absolutely be recommending Chris and Spring Valley Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof and gutters. Thank you for everything! -Phillip

Read on Google (review by Phillip O'Brien)The roofing contractor did a fantastic job repairing the damaged area on our roof. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained the entire process clearly. The quality of work was excellent and everything was cleaned up afterward. We are very satisfied with the service.

Most homes run three to five days depending on square footage, how many gables and dormers there are, and whether sheathing underneath has to be replaced. You get a specific timeline in the written proposal.
Usually yes. Installing over the top hides whatever is happening underneath, and soft or rotted sheathing is exactly the thing you most need to find. We pull the old siding so we can see the wall before anything new goes on it.
CertainTeed vinyl is colored all the way through rather than surface-coated, so a scratch does not show a different color underneath and there is no repainting cycle. We will tell you which line and which fade coverage you are looking at before you pick a color.
Use the visualizer on this page. Upload a photo of your actual house and try the real CertainTeed colorways on it. A two-inch chip in your hand tells you almost nothing about how a color reads across a whole elevation in daylight.
Yes, and it is usually less disruptive and less expensive than running two separate projects. One mobilization, one dumpster, one cleanup, and the flashing details where the roof meets the wall get handled by the same crew.
The CertainTeed lines we install are rated to 110+ mph. In Chester and Montgomery County that matters less for a named storm than for sustained gusts on exposed elevations, which is what actually pulls panels loose around here.
Usually back to you within one business day.
