Not Every Storm Means A New Roof
Some damage is a repair. Some is a full replacement. The job is knowing which.
Hail leaves bruises that crack the mat under the granules, and wind creases shingles where they lift and fall back. Neither shows up well from the driveway. We get on the roof and look at each slope, the flashing, the vents, and the ridge, and we photograph what we find so it is on record.
From there it is a straightforward call. If the damage is limited, a repair fixes it. If it is spread across slopes or the shingles are old enough that repairing them is throwing money away, replacement is the honest answer, and it is often what an insurer will also conclude. We put both options in writing when it is close.
We work with your insurance company, not around it. We give you the documentation, we can be on the roof when the adjuster comes, and we tell you what we see. Whether the claim is approved is your insurer's decision, and we will not promise a result we do not control.

How do I know if my roof has storm damage?+
Look for missing or creased shingles, dents on vents and gutters, exposed nails, damaged flashing, or new stains inside. Many of these are hard to see from the ground, so a roof-level inspection is the reliable way to know.
Should I repair or replace a storm-damaged roof?+
It depends on how much of the roof is affected and how old it is. Limited damage on a roof with years left is usually a repair. Widespread damage or an older roof often points to replacement. We lay out both when the call is close.
Will you deal with my insurance company?+
We document the damage, give you the photos and estimate, and can meet the adjuster on site. You stay the customer of your insurer, and they make the coverage decision.
How soon should I call after a storm?+
